Another weak ending

So, holy mack, what a packed-full-of-whatnot weekend I had. Among other things, I went hiking (in your face, mannningkrull, except you do it more often and don’t die from hiking up a three-foot incline like I did) and went to see a live production of "Jesus Christ Superstar" (in your face, calamityjon, except you aren’t a pathetic fanboy and you got the OST from your lovely wife instead of buying it yourself like a lonely, bad-‘70s-Jesus-freak-musical nerd like I am). Let’s take a gander, for those of you who give three wet farts about what I do with my time and why should you, shall we?

MONDAY SHITLIST, PIP 12: The Safety of Objects

It's hard to think up a Monday Shitlist (the interactive thingy-bop where you, the faithful reader, tell me the worst of everything about a particular subject) after such a pleasant weekend, but I will give it a shot.

Today's Shitlist: THINGS. If you are anything like me, you are a short-tempered psychopath who sometimes gets so frustrated with non-functioning physical objects that you want to smash them into a million pieces and then shit on the pieces, in a demented real-world reenactment of the copier scene from Office Space. So, my question to you is: what objects have driven you into a maddening rage? What things have so frustrated you that you wanted to build a working death ray just so you could obliterate them from existence forever? Be they computers, cars, gadgets or widgets, list them below and tell me why you wanted to crush them.

Irrational emotional response to inanimate object...GO!!!!!

Pimpin'

I will be visiting lovely San Francisco, CA in early August for a big event, and to visit assorted pals like janehex, brianchurch, kudaspeaks, fiberpunk, cleotyne, yuriverse, and others. I'll be gone from August 6th to August 9th, and I need a good five Ludic Log entries for while I'm out of town.

Anyone interested in doing a guest shot for the ol' LL? As always, the topic and format can be anything you like, as long as it's a page or so long and it's good. If you might want to help a brother out, shoot me a comment or write me at guest star at ludic kid dot com, and we'll giddyup.
