Double bonus whorin'

For those of you interested, I am the guest this morning on Kevin Fullam's "Under Surveillance" radio show. It's the first of two parts in which we discuss everything from democracy in comics to political sensibility in music, and it airs at 10:00AM CST (my website says 10:30, but it's 10:00AM) on WLUW 88.7 FM. Those of you in Chicago can listen over the airwaves, and those elsewhere can listen live on the internet at the WLUW website.

And speaking of radio, rest in peace, John Peel. You were one of the few people who made me excited about the possibilities of radio, and some of my favorite performances by some of my favorite bands took place live on your show. Peel was irreplaceable, folks, so if you get a chance, cue up "Teenage Kicks" by the Undertones (it was his favorite song) and remember him.
