Here's the argument: "Then We Are Decided" (which was written for the original play and cut in all subsequent versions) helps advance the plot, providing motivation for the Pharisees and background on why Jesus was so unpopular with some of the Jews. Also, it rocks, and is sung by Caiaphas, who is totally awesome!!!1!
Meanwhile, "Could We Start Again Please?" (which was written for the movie) is pointless and dumb and just gives the wimpy characters more face time to whine and bitch about how sorry for themselves they feel. Also, it does NOT rock, and is sung by boring Peter and Mary!!!!1!
You know what I'm saying, dudes?
"YEAH MAN I TOTALLY ROCK THE FUNKY BEAT WITH BOTH HANDS WHILE YOU GUYS ARE BUSY SUCKING ASS. I MEAN LOOK AT ME! I AM A BAD DUDE. HOW COME I GET CUT?"
"You are right, Caiaphas, we are like musical dingleberrys or something while you are better than Jesus."
"We should be ashamed of ourselves. Look at me! I'm not even Peter from the movie because Peter from the movie, played by Paul Thomas a.k.a. Philip Toubus, is so lame there aren't even any pictures of him on the internet!"
