I swear to God, this really was me

TRENDS, URBAN LEGENDS, BITS OF SLANG AND OTHER CULTURAL MANIFESTATIONS THAT I TOTALLY CAME UP WITH BUT NEVER GOT CREDIT FOR HAVING INVENTED

- The use of the word "crippling" to mean "cool" or "awesome"

- The rumor that Carolyn Condit has no thumbs

- That sideways hand gesture where you use two fingers to look like you're pointing a gun

- Namedropping Rodney Allen Rippy

- The joke formulation "and when I say (thing), what I mean is (totally different thing)"

I demand my American Fringe Culture Enrichment Institute royalties right now, or immediately after such an institute is founded.
